How do I proceed?

1. Team

Find a team, friends, colleagues, family, or neighbors. 2 to 6 players are allowed. All kinds of skills are required, ideally you complement each other well, then fun and success are guaranteed!

We recommend 4 players. If the number of players changes at short notice, that's no problem. You pay a flat rate for the game.

2. Deadline

Select your desired date and reserve the slot. Free dates are green and can be booked up to 2 hours before the game starts. Are you coming at very short notice? Then write us a message via WhatsApp or call us. Be in our lobby 10 minutes before your game, there will also be drinks and seating if you get there early.

3. Pay

You can pay for your booking directly online with TWINT, credit card or Paypal. These options are also available on site. We do not accept cash!

Plans changed? No problem, cancellations submitted by e-mail more than 48 hours before game time will be refunded in full. For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

  • How can I pay?

    When you complete your order, you can pay with TWINT, Paypal or credit card. We also offer several options on site, including TWINT, credit card or EC card. Please note that we do not accept CASH.

  • The number of players has changed, what to do?

    As long as you don't have more or less than 2-6 players, nothing. You have paid a flat rate for the room.

  • Cancellation?

    No problem – just send us an e-mail to info@nextlevelescape.ch:

    * More than 48 hrs in advance: Free cancellation or rebooking

    * 24–48 hrs in advance: CHF 60.– fee per game

    * Less than 24 hrs in advance: Full price will be charged

    Important: Cancellations are only valid when submitted by e-mail.

  • We are too late!?

    In our escape rooms, several games take place one after the other. It is not possible to wait for late teams for more than 10 minutes. Please call us or contact us via WhatsApp as soon as you notice that time is running out.

  • Fears and Security

    For your safety, our game leaders monitor your every move. If you need help, it will be there immediately.

  • Am I really locked in a room?

    No, you are never effectively locked in. Your game leader monitors you the entire game time via cameras and microphones and can open all emergency exits at the push of a button.

  • Do I need any prior knowledge?

    On the contrary, the more freely and relaxed you approach things, the more successful your team will be.

  • Is the game barrier-free?

    No, unfortunately our games are not barrier-free and not suitable for wheelchair users.

  • Does it have parking?

    Yes, there are free parking spaces in front of the Escape Rooms, which we share with the Halle 41 fitness center. You can also park your car in the gravel parking lot opposite (marked with Halle 41)

  • How can I reach you by public transport?

    The bus stop: Kloten, Grubenstrasse is 210 meters (about 3 minutes walk) away from us. From Bassersdorf and Kloten Airport, bus number 765 goes directly to us.
